The Talavera neighborhood is loosely defined as those residences north and east off of Soledad Canyon Road from the fire station east. There are several subdivisions within Talavera with different protective covenants, water sources, and road maintenance requirements. The homes generally are situated on lots ranging from 1 to 15 acres and generally start in the $300K price range. Ages range from the very late '80's to brand new construction with building lots still available. Check with me to confirm horse privileges and 360 degree views.

This neighborhood is a subdivision in and of itself with various phases. The average lot size is 2 acres and the homes are generally priced at $400K plus. It's a new neighborhood with the oldest homes being built in 2003 or later. Protective covenants ensure that it will retain it's beauty for a very long time. Lots with horse privileges and mountain views typically command a premium.
