Home About Las Cruces Neighborhoods East Mesa

This neighborhood is also north of Highway 70 and proximate to Oñate High School.  There are some older homes in the area, but most are less than 10 years old with very new subdivisions also available.  Homes are generally moderately priced and popular with people working at NASA and White Sands Missile Range, but certainly close to downtown Las Cruces also.

North of Highway 70 along Sonoma Ranch Blvd and Jornada Road are developments ranging in age from the 1980's to brand new construction.  Homes are generally priced in the 200's and 300's with a few being less and others higher.  There are a number of brand new subdivisions (including the Fountains to be built around the new Las Cruces Golf Club and Course).  Many new lots and homes in a wide price range are available both now and planned for the near future.  If your preference is for more mature neighborhoods, these are included also.  Access to NASA and White Sands Missile Range is good from here.

This area follows Del Rey Blvd north from Highway 70 through various developments with homes built in the 80's to brand new, and under construction.  It has a preponderance of affordable family homes ranging in pricing from the 100's to the 300's range.  Interspersed are condominiums, townhouses and single family residences with good access to NASA and White Sands Missile Range.
