Anchored by the private Picacho Hills Country Club, homes in this area began surrounding the course in the 1980's. It is still expanding with new home construction to the east and northeast and commercial activity on the west. Homes vary from the $200's to over $1M and lot sizes vary from condo, townhome, and patio home sizes to estate acreage. Many take complete advantage of views of the distant Organ Mountains or the nearby Picacho Peak. Valley/City light views can also be breath-takingly beautiful.
