This rapidly growing neighborhood as currently defined by Las Cruces' MLIS is east of Sonoma Ranch Blvd and bordered on the south and north by Lohman Blvd and Highway 70. It consists primarily of newer (5 years or less) homes with custom, semi-custom and developers' subdivisions within it. Lot sizes are generally in the 0.15 to 0.3 acre sizes with larger ones being the exception. Home pricing generally runs in the $250K - $600K range, again with a few exceptions. The neighborhood is close to shopping and medical facilities and also has good access to people traveling to NASA and White Sands Missile Range.

 

This neighborhood consists of a variety of subdivisions between Sonoma Ranch Blvd and I-25, and Lohman and Highway 70. There is a wide variety of homes of different ages, styles, and prices depending on the subdivision. Roadrunner Parkway bisects the area and provides good access to both I-25 and Highway 70. Shopping and medical facilities are conveniently nearby. Sonoma Ranch Golf Course is contained within it.
